Hapag-Lloyd Hikes Rates on East Asia Services

Increased rates slated to take effect in June Hapag-Lloyd will impose a new round of general rate increases on its East Asia services, which will take effect in June. The German carrier said rates on all cargo from East Asia, excluding Japan, to the Indian Subcontinent will go up by $200 per 20-foot container, effective June 1.
